US History- Chapter 2 read 106-112 (Battle of Vicksburg, The Tide of War Turns, and the Gettysburg Address)  Chapter 2 Test. Started Chapter 3 (The end of the War) Pages 113-117.

Study Skills- Students work on completing assignment due in other classes.  Went over their grades with them.

Study Skills-Worked on general ed assignments and went over grades.

US History- Reading pages 167-170 Strikes and Labor Unions. Gave a report on important people at this era.

US History - Finished US history Book #1 Up to the present time.  Pre- Algebra worked on division equations. Language Arts saw the movie on The Last of the Mohicans.  Students wrote a paper comparing the book to the movie.  Exams are on Wed-Thurs-Fri this week.

US History - Read pages 190-195 Populist, farmers and tariffs.

Civics - Pages 32-35 Read about the House of Burgesses and The Mayflower Compact.  Discuss the importance of a Government.
